Wellstream Holdings PLC ("Wellstream", or the "Company")

Amended Block Listing Application

Wellstream has made an application for the Block Listing of one million ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the capital of the Company to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. The shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in the Company and will be allotted to employees and former employees upon exercise of rights under the Company's Performance Share Plan and SAYE Share Option Scheme.
