I'm not an expert in the payments field, but while there are many others offering various levels of service, as far as I can tell no one offers the whole package from tailored software meeting customer needs down through the back office integration and onto international networks via the well established and secure ATM and international transfer systems.

If you look at some of my past posts on this board you will find answers to your questions about the East African situation and that company's founder who is now with Vodafone. I am not aware of Google being a player in this space as such, other than with Android, which MONI cater for as far as I know.

I still would like more info from MONI myself in many areas. I suspect many that look like potential rivals, actually may well be using MONI at some level for their transfers between banks and at account level.

If anyone believes any of the above is incorrect, please do add to the discussion by pointing out any inaccuracies.

I'm still a buyer if I can get 32p, otherwise I stick with the holding I have. Current Sp = 33.62, which is a level I would be very happy to enter at if I didn't already have a substantial holding.
