DEALINGS BY DIRECTORS
Dori Media Group ("DMG" or "the Company"), the international media company active in the field of television, with a
focus on production, distribution, broadcasting and merchandising of Telenovela, would like to disclose the following
share dealings by directors.
Tamar Mozes Investments Ltd. ("TMI") acquired on 17 March 2010 3,840 ordinary shares of 0.1NIS each ("Ordinary
Shares") for a price of 83p per share. This current dealing takes TMI's direct and indirect holding in DMG to 42,333
Ordinary Shares, or 0.15% of the issued share capital.
As a result of her interest in TMI, and in Mapal Communications Ltd, a company which also holds shares in DMG, Ms.
Tamar Mozes Borovitz, Chairman of the Company, now has an indirect interest of 5,835,376 Ordinary Shares or 21.31% of
DMG's issued share capital respectively.

Tamar Mozes Investments Ltd. ("TMI") acquired on 26 February 2010 3,860 ordinary shares of 0.1NIS each ("Ordinary
Shares") for a price of 83p per share. This current dealing takes TMI's direct and indirect holding in DMG to 30,240
Ordinary Shares, or 0.11% of the issued share capital.
As a result of her interest in TMI, and in Mapal Communications Ltd, a company which also holds shares in DMG, Ms.
Tamar Mozes Borovitz, Chairman of the Company, now has an indirect interest of 5,823,283 Ordinary Shares or 21.26% of
DMG's issued share capital respectively.
Mr. Michael Rosenberg, a Non-Executive Independent Director of Dori Media, also purchased shares today. Mr.
Rosenberg acquired 5,000 shares at a price of 82.5p. per share. This transaction takes his total holding to 33,025
ordinary shares which is 0.12% of the issued share capital.
