	The "Rattling deals" article mentions Dominion along with Heritage and Tullow, so at least we're in good company. The article clearly underestimates the risk and ignores the lack of infrastructure in opening up new oil fields. It also ignores the credit crunch, and the near collapse of international investment. This weekend has seen further news about Eni's possible $1.3 acquisition of Heritage's Uganda oil assets. This should raise the profile of other Uganda oil explorers, particularly DPL and TRP. I think DPL has seen a surprising drift down in share price recently, considering its plans for exploration wells in Uganda early 2010, and the potential of Block 7 in Tanzania. I also think that no major oil fields are going to be left unexplored and unexploited as the future of oil supply/demand unfolds. Let's hope for early news on the farm-out. 	All I can say about the article is that Uganda is a frontier region with little or no infrastructure. The comparison with Kurdistan PSA's is not valid at all, as to whether it is good value for Uganda, I will leave others to comment.
