Immediate Release: Friday, 4 September 2009 HARTEST HOLDINGS PLC `("Hartest", or "the Company" or "the Group")` `Results of Annual General Meeting` Hartest Holdings Plc, the supplier of specialist instrumentation and medical equipment, announces that, at its Annual General Meeting held at 10.00 am today, all of the resolutions proposed were duly passed. As announced previously, the Company remains in an Offer Period, and further announcements will be made about this situation as soon as possible. The Company also recently announced that the new financial year has started well, and trading by all Group companies is in line with, or ahead of, the Board's expectations. 	Target, These are only entity company accounts, not consolidated group accounts. Given the lack of any fixed asset investments in the balance sheet and the known overseas companies within the group, I suspect that there might be a group holding company sitting above Delta Controls. 	Enclosed is a copy of Delta accounts in PDF format for year end Sept 2008. Delta is a far smaller company than EKT although the turnover figures arent shown the balance sheet gives a clue as to the size of the company. I personally think they are stretching things attempting to make a bid for Hartest whether or not they can increase their offer of about 50p per share is questionable. At 50p that values Hartest at about £4.3 million. Whichever way you look at the offer they seem to think Hartest has some value which is at odds at the stance from Elektron holders that have posted comments on the Elektron thread on iiii. 	Well if you think I am stuck in EKT that makes the bigger holders stuck in deeper. Well they arent one bit worried and neither am I. You see the share price is irrelevant the big holders and I am confident we have a slice of a well run company set to do very well indeed the next few years.
