Exercise of Options

Imaginatik plc (AIM: IMTK), a leading provider of enterprise collaborative software and processes, announces application has been made to for the admission to trading on AIM of 37,500 new ordinary shares of 0.0625p each in the Company ("Shares"), pursuant to an exercise of options. Admission is expected to occur on 18 August 2009, at which time the Company will have 159,223,876 Shares in issue.
