Imaginatik plc ("Imaginatik" or the "Company") 24 September 2009 Imaginatik plc (AIM: IMTK), a leading provider of enterprise collaborative software and processes, announces that it has been notified that on 23 September 2009, Mark Turrell, Chief Executive of the Company, sold 470,588 ordinary shares of 0.0625p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of 8.5 pence per share. Following this sale, Mr Turrell owns 76,076,666 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 47.8 per cent. of Imaginatik's issued share capital.
