RNS Number : 8049C Jetion Solar Holdings Limited 20 November 2009 Immediate Release 20 November 2009 Jetion Solar Holdings Limited (AIM: JHL) Appointment of new CEO Jetion Solar Holdings Limited (AIM: JHL), the manufacturer of high quality solar cells and modules, announces the appointment of a new CEO. The board is delighted to announce that following a selection process run by an international search firm Boyden International, Alina Xu has been appointed CEO. Alina is currently COO and will take up her new role from 17th December 2009. At the same time Interim CEO Gabriel Kow will revert to his previous position as Non Executive Chairman. The search for another Non Executive Director is underway to rebalance the Board composition. As discussed at the Interim results, management intends to increase cell production capacity from 100MW to 150MW and module capacity from 60MW to 150MW by mid 2010. This involves installing two new production lines. These are now ordered and expected to be commissioned by mid 2010 Commenting on the appointment, Chairman Gabriel Kow said: I am very pleased that Alina has accepted the position of CEO. Since the departure of the previous CEO she has demonstrated drive, commitment and produced excellent operating results.
