hi bn, i saw it and then it vanished.... some analysis on advfn, for me though the key points.. a) martin keeley wasnt on the roster b) the new director of ngp + the increased share ownership of ngp... c) the fd in alpay is or was a synergy employee d) oil.. that does get a mention or hinted at a few times throughout, cld be dreaming i read that.. e) the 60% pre-ipo discount price of 2.5p is a listed ipo of 4p f) the six new licenses that FA applied for in 2012 g) june for relist h) $10-m required to restart i) $51-m drill and further capx costs I think thats about all I managed to take in as i was on my way out the doors and only had a few mins to read it. Looked okay to me though....as far as preso' s go. .... also there was a map with a ccouple of other zones one was spelt like mirima or soething, but i didnt get the jist. As I said only a skim read through and was hoping to look at it more tonight, but its gone..... skiboy on advfn put up a 2013 preso from NGP/Alpay but it has subsequently been taken down. i think it said cpr news in June but cannot be sure as it is no longer there. Hi smoke head....good to hear from you... Those guinea pigs are troublesome, why don't you just get them into the daily mail....that's already full of cr.a..p and thus anymore won't impact on the resale value... These pipelines you mention, may one enquire if they mention a hub location...maybe the guinea pigs will snort at this pipe dream, but I wonder if hatay or Konya would be an ideal point for forward transit. Be good if the pipes were near anything fatih hairspray was upto....as the last I read in the hurrat daily news was that not only is he the chairman of the rain, but he also named the well after a dead orange grove..... Haven't sold up and left . This pile of Big Issues won't shift themselves and as the pigs insist on wrapping themselves in them and indeed craing in them. I'm having difficulty attracting repeat custom. Slightly more seriously and I would post this on the GKP board, but I never post owt on that until I know it for sure, it's worth having a look at Borusan/Saltzgitter/Mannesman. If there are pipelines being built that lot will be making them, this actually might be relevant to our decayed hopes of getting anything out of this investment, other than funny looks from people who make profits out of investing. I believe this is for general consumption... Clarification Note for shareholders re CVA Dear Shareholder, As stated in the update note following the shareholder meeting on 17th October and in the Shareholder update note of 22nd November, both of which have been posted to the Company website, in order to continue trading and to avoid any creditor putting the company into administration, the Company issued a proposal to its creditors (known as a Corporate Voluntary Arrangement or ‘CVA’) whereby creditors have been asked to accept 33.22% in settlement of their debt with the balance to be paid out of a successful fund raise of at least $5M. In order for the CVA to be passed, at least 75% of creditors voting must vote in favour of the proposal. To date, we have 100% of those voting have accepted the proposal. Part of the CVA procedure is to notify shareholders that we are proposing to enter into the CVA. We have sufficient shareholder proxies in favour of the Chairman from shareholders to give effect to the CVA, so there is no need for you to send in your proxies unless you wish to do so. I take that as a swipe at me. so you have to come running to another board to share your grievances and b!tch. Do you not feel that us PI have constantly been left in the dark ? were you not hungry for news ? If our board were more like the board of SXX, open and have a good relathionship with shareholders then there wouldn't of been the need for me share with everyone. It's not like I've made the company's precarious position even more prevarious. I just did what the company should be doing anyway informing the sharehodlers ! I see the rumour about a CPR on ADVFN. Jolly hockey sticks and all that. Nice to know blah blah blah. But ..... how many risk-on periods have we had since December 13. At least a couple were for about three months to boot. We had a rip, roaring summer rally. Like everyone else I want to know if the company has been ruined or we in with a chance, however small. But Y the F now in the lead up to the Congressional Lemmings Run. I don't know what I got up in to in any earlier lives but it sure as hell wasn't helping old hags across the bridle path unless it was to the place where my fellow highway men were riffling through their bags. Hello peckham, I wonder what if anything is happening on the Turkish side regards fund raising and if most of the initial wad is raised there where that leaves us. The article from 'sabah' newspaper on 9th of November is slightly clearer, google gazi 1 alpay enerji (Can't post links) I wouldn't go as far as being positive, but it looks like there is some gas there, where this leaves niche rather than Alpay I don't know, if Alpay wants a London listing we might get chucked a rusk or two. Bn, I've had that that shafted feeling but in light of what peckham posted who knows. If it's there will will benefit much? I've concluded that only those with many millions of shares could rationally consider digging a lot deeper or delving in to the affairs of the company(s) . Exile, I had not thought of that so will have to make a call but then again it is what it is. peckham, thanks for posting that here. Sorry BN, been very lax on the old posting as of late. More just waiting for the CPR which we'll hopefully have in the coming wk(s). My share dealing company just sent me my certificate for Niche which pretty much screws me (pardon my hybrid French) as 'IF' it gets relisted, it's going to take me 2 weeks to get it dematerialized before I can trade. Hi SH... I trust you and the gp's are improving and you would have most prob raised an eyebrow or two driving a technical around the streets of the City last week. The meeting..If you have access to advfn or could join as a free member, then Id say its well worth it as someone has manged to post up all the presentation slides from last week, which pretty much explain everything. Theres two preso's one from NGP saying why they need $5-m pdq and then there's Alpay Energy's preso. Your second to last para.. what gets me is how come NGP can fund a drill which is a non starter, and yet as soon as FA spuds he comes up trumps.... Your last para... yep... I hope you get to see the preso's on advfn... well worth your time to have a read through... let us know the GP's thoughts... PR Any update from the Oct 17th meeting? I did actually think about attending, but it's so difficult to talk a poorly guinea pig into driving a technical into London. I have to assume from the silence that it was just a bullet to the back of the head/CGT loss. Oddly I'm not particularly disheartened about this write off, the research remains valid even if the outcome went wrong. Can't remember which architect it was who said he envied doctors because they got to bury their mistakes If you were an architect and built a howler, all you could say to the client was 'grow vines round it.' (Frank lloyd Wright, I just remembered) Investment wise I'm more interested in discussing failures than successes, boards like this go dead when the life support system is being switched off, I imagine all the investors are a bit embarressed, but it shouldn't be like that. I mean it's pointless joining in the sort of chest beating competitions when you've 'won' some kind of five fold profit. To me it is the ones that go wrong that are interesting. I applied the same rules as I did to my successful investments, I'm not going to whine 'Fraud and deception' Because I don't think that is what happened, to me this looks like a classic, 'Bitten off more than they could chew.' Error on the part of, possibly the previous board. Or as another possibility, and it does happen more and more these days, the British/Irish management have simply been outsmarted by their Turkish equivalents. Turks mean business, and if it means running a motorway through our money, well Alpay Enerji are not going to be wildly concerned about a few impoverished hangers on to their shiny new juggernaut. Smoke head... There I was thinking you drove a converted Nissan truck with twin mounted machine guns...... Instead your smoking through a kilo of tobacco.... Reading the workings of an archeologist who thinks earth was inhabitated by aliens.....the only bit wrong with his theory being we re the aliens. I'm cutting down, just the twenty a day now, silk cut so it's not really smoking...I thought about one of those electric cigarettes but the flavours being promoted...chicken tikka, vanilla... By the by you can buy a kilogramme of the finest Turkish tobacco for £20 in East Turkey and as a final obscure aside I think the Turks are excavating Mordor. Try Gobekli Tepe into google. It's like a set for exorcist 6 I don't fancy the archaelogists chances of surviving, I've seen plenty of these films, creak in the background, metal hawser snaps and archaelogist is impaled by some sharp spike of stone. I did try and tell him all this but he just got all Erich Von Dannikin ratty with me, I think he was expecting me to be a bit less sarcastic.
