Polymetal International plc (LSE: POLY) (together with its subsidiaries, including JSC "Polymetal" - "Polymetal", the "Company", or the "Group") announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday, 12 June 2013 at 11 am (BST) at Le Hocq Suite, Radisson Blu Hotel, Rue de l'Etau, St Helier, JE2 3WF, Jersey, Channel Islands.

I was looking at market capital of various companies to see which are likely to move into or out of FTSE 100. It looks to me as if POLY will fall out of FTSE 100 as currently ranked 99. FTSE 100 trackers will have been selling in anticipation so after 12 June when results of next quarterly review announced share price may start to recover after sell off. I sold out of POLY in Jan at 1130p which in hindsight was the right thing to do. The mining and particularly precious metal ones have been very badly hit the last few months. I regret that I still think miners have more to fall before the bottom is reached though I'm holding onto other mining shares at the moment. More View thread 1 Respond Login to Vote up

I was wondering if this was anticipated so already priced in. It represents about 3% of their profits so I would have expected some fall in SP but market is up a bit today and so is POLY. POLY SP has been falling over the last few weeks more than other gold miners. Yesterday there was a big fall in markets so I do not think news leaked out early.
