No recommendations from me ....done my research and time to sit on the fence and wait ... my take is we are awaiting acquisitional news which will be soon (months) which is why the SP has dropped to accommodate what the expected dilution would be IMO.

With what is in the public domain and what little knowledge I have the should do well for existing shareholders just will take a little longer than most (myself included) for this to be a profitable business.
