I emailed the Co last week and received a reply today regarding a few pertinant points regarding current trading and the recent collapse in the share price. Looks like things have been busy, but DJ has now replied
Questions and answers as follows, shortened versions:
Does the Co forsee the need for additional capital in the near future
Answer No
Timescale for the splitting of the two divisions
No time scale, reviews are ongoing
Any plans for share purchases by management
Directors made purchases earlier this year
What has happened re the Sainsbury's order
See announcement last week, presumably the order in the statement refers to Sainsbury, numbers to be finalised.
What are the current working hours at the vigo centre
All back on 5 days presently
Snorkel has been very quiet, no updates from management
It is producing and selling lifts currently

The other points related to Trading updates, and an update regarding SEVUS
These have been addressed following the update announced last week.

I will email back for a confirmation re the Amphere position, although it looks like this has been ceased from the information out in the public domain.

Therefore I believe Tan is starting to emerge from the downturn, it will however be slow.

A final point regarding TNT trucks seen at Vigo, apparently some are there for battery modifications.

I agree with Slim, if tan can see there way through this recession, and the signs are they will, then the sp will increase. I also believe that although the EV section appears to be gaining more orders, it is the AWP sector that will eventually drive up the share price.

Keep the faith on this one.

Basically, nothing has changed apart from the cessation of the small van production, in order to ramp up the larger vehicle orders.

I suspect production is slowly increasing in both divisions but will not increase significantly until 2010.
