Subject	Shareholders getting ready to call EGM

I'm sure that many of you read ADVFN board but... for those who don't. There is a shareholding registry taking place in case if in a month or so we still have not relisted and still have no proper news which explain where we are. 10% is needed to call EGM. 31/12/2009 is when listing will be cancelled. Everyone hopes that we will not need to act anyway because everything will be sorted till then but if we don't have anything ready till half of November, it will be to late to do anything. Please follow directions from this post on ADVFN to add your holdings. "Bulletin Board Shareholder Register Please post your total shareholding (not CFD's) to OTU at otuadvfn@yahoo.co.uk along with your BB user name and (helpfully) your name. He will compile a list of holdings and email addresses that may be used in the future to certify the percentage of shares held by visitors to this BB. Your email should have "UEN Holding" in the subject header to help OTU easily compile this list. Individual details will not be used or shared with any other party without permission first being sought at a future date if that becomes necessary. For example, we may need to provide your email address to the company for verification of your holdings: if this is the case your express permission for this to take place will be sought at that time before any details are divulged. "
