"Venture Life has announced the first distribution agreements signed for its UltraDEX range of fresh breath products having acquired the range with the Periproducts Limited acquisition (completed 4 March 2016). Todays news reaffirms our view of the opportunity as outlined in our earlier commentary and we anticipate further distribution agreements on UltraDEX to be announced in due course. .."
Venture Life - VLG - Encouraging new long-term deals
"Benecol once-a-day liquid sachet, first distribution deals Venture Life has announced the signing of two long term distribution deals for its newly developed Benecol (plant stanol ester, clinically proven to reduce LDL cholesterol) once-a-day liquid sachet. Todays news sends a number of strong signals for Venture Life, in terms of innovation, product development and commercial delivery in the Benecol business: in short, management is delivering on its plans. With the once-a-day liquid sachet requiring registration approvals (we estimate in the region of 3-4 months), we maintain our estimates but acknowledge the potential for revenue generation this year."

Decent results? This company has never made a profit. The last interims showed a net loss of (£925k) compared with losses for the previous interim of (£507k), ignoring in that period an exceptional loss of (£484k). Can anyone tell me how you can get to a share valuation of 81p with such a miserable financial history?
Venture Life Group recently announced it's maiden Full Year results since listing on AIM in 2014. The acquisition of Biokosmes soon after they listed had a major impact on revenues (£7.2m in 2014 V's £0.45m in 2013). Anyway, you can find some videos on the Company here - all brief but to the point.
