The share I am thinking of investing in on the NASDAQ. On paper real dog unless there is hidden value for this third party (third party is french government so it gets tricky). Sadly I think third party will make the share go bankrupt and pick over bones rather than maintain the share price for the benefit of the greatly diluted shareholders. I don't want to divulge the name because it is such a dog and very hard to read up on. I think most Bio investors have lost enough recently. I don't want to add to the pain. Will it go Barclay Lehmans or will it go Bank Of America Meryl Lynch
