The Main Prize
One winner, drawn at random, will receive a cheque payment for the sum of £2,010. The competition opens from 4 January 2010 and closes on 28 February 2010.
Conditions of eligibility
This promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 and over. Each individual can be entered into the prize draw once only. Employees of Interactive Investor, Bestinvest and their partners, immediate relatives or any other Company within its group are not eligible to participate in the draw. Interactive Investor reserves the right to refuse any application that does not adhere to the terms and conditions of the promotion.
The Draw
The winning entrant will be drawn at random and will be contacted by telephone within 10 working days. The prize is not transferrable, no alternative available. The winner has 5 working days to claim the prize after which Interactive Investor has the option to arrange a new draw. Only one email address per individual may be used to enter the competition.
Publicity
Winner to agree to publication of name and home town.
No warranty
Interactive Investor does not make any representations or give any warranties in relation to the prize. All warranties or conditions to title, fitness for purpose, quality and other terms implied by statute or common law are, to the fullest extent permitted by law, excluded.
Limitation of Liability
Interactive Investor shall have no liability to you in relation to the prize except as expressly set out in these terms and conditions and for death or personal injury cause by its negligence.
Communications
Entrants will automatically be signed up to related communication from Interactive Investor and Bestinvest.
Governing Laws
The promotion and the Terms will be governed by English Law and any dispute arising will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
