LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Polymer membrane structures maker Hightex Group PLC said it has signed a contract with VHF-Technologies SA to co-develop a flexible photovoltaic ethylene-tetra-fluoro-ethylene membrane for intelligent building envelopes using VHF's product Flexcell.
