LONDON (Thomson Financial) - ServicePower Technologies Plc. reported a narrower full-year pretax loss and higher revenue, and said it sees continuing growth, both organic and through acquisitions.

The supplier of outsourcing services and software to the mobile repair and installations industry said it implemented a number of internal operational efficiencies and made changes regarding staff remuneration which are likely to lead to exceptional charges being incurred in 2008.

The company said pretax loss for the year to Dec 31, 2007, narrowed to 0.53 million pounds from 4.15 million pounds the previous year. Revenue rose 27 percent to 14.07 million pounds.

The company also said co-founders David Brisco and Ian MacKinnon are stepping down from the board with immediate effect and will be leaving the company.
