LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Buyers came for Oxonica, 3 pence higher at 23 pence, as the nanomaterials company disclosed that revenues to-date in 2008, excluding the sales to Petrol Ofisi in the prior year, are significantly higher compared with a year ago. Operating loss and the cash outflow from operations are lower than in the corresponding period. TomCo Energy celebrated restarting oil production at the Heletz Field in southern Israel with a gain of 0.175 of a penny to 1.875 pence, while SCS Upholstery rebounded 1-1/4 pence to 6-1/2 pence as recent funding worries took a back seat. Much-reduced H1 losses and news that the four reporting units have traded profitably to date in the current year lifted Managed Support Services 1-1/4 pence to 14-1/2 pence, while AIM-listed luxury goods company Mulberry climbed 13-1/2 pence to 162 pence following in-line full-year numbers and news of strong current trade -- news that prompted Landsbanki to reiterate its 'buy' stance on the stock. tf.TFN-Europe_newsdesk@thomsonreuters.com fjb/slm
