LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Newmark Security Plc. said non-executive Chairman Maurice Dwek bought 3 million shares in the company at 1.725 pence each, lifting his stake to about 53.32 million shares or about 11.84 percent of the total issued share capital of the company.

The above stake held by Dwek includes shares held through his 51 percent interest in Arbury Inc.

The company also said non-executive director Alexander Reid bought one million shares at 1.71 pence each, lifting his stake to about 77.63 million shares or about 17.24 percent of the issued share capital of the company.
