Shares in Belgravium Technologies Plc. <BVM.L> slide 12.2 percent in the wake of interim results, with WH Ireland paring back its forecasts in response.
The company, which designs and manufactures mobile computers and real-time electronic data capture systems, says for the six months to June 30, pretax profit fell to 72,000 pounds from 1.02 million, and omits its interim dividend.
WH Ireland reduces its full-year pretax profit estimate for 2008 to 390,000 pounds from 810,000, and for 2009, to 1.12 million pounds from 2.20 million, and says it looks likely the company will also pass the dividend for the full year.
