LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Software testing services provider SQS Software Quality Systems AG said it has won contracts with international law firm Allen & Overy and the Swedish port authority, Port of Gborg. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Under the terms of the separate contracts, SQS will provide a blend of onshore and offshore testing services over a period of 3 years to Allen & Overy and a software testing platform for mission-critical logistics to the Port of Gborg.

The company added that its Validate acquisition is already making a positive contribution.
