LONDON (Thomson Financial) - ServicePower Technologies Plc. said it would repay its 1 million pounds loan facility with Herald Ventures II Ltd. Partnership, Herald Investment Trust Plc., BFL&P LLP and The Alphagen Volantis Fund Ltd. by issuing 1.02 million pounds secured convertible loan notes.

These loan notes, which accrue interest at 8 percent, would be divided into 20.8 million notes with a nominal value of 5 pence each, and are redeemable on Sept. 29, 2016, it added. TFN.newsdesk@thomson.com yos/slm
