LONDON (Thomson Financial) - GeneMedix plc, the UK-based biopharmaceutical company, said the name of the company has been changed with immediate effect to "Reliance GeneMedix plc" and that it has received all the regulatory approvals for this.

The company also said that all resolutions were passed at its annual general meeting on Aug.29.
