MOSCOW, Oct 31 (Reuters) - Russia's central bank set the daily limit on currency swaps with the central bank at zero on Friday, effectively banning such operations for the second day in a row.
The daily limits were introduced last week in a bid to discourage speculators from betting on rouble depreciation.
