BRATISLAVA, Nov 3 (Reuters) - Here are news stories, press reports and events to watch which may affect Slovak financial markets on Monday.

FICO AT MOCHOVCE

Prime Minister Robert Fico will attend a ceremony marking the start of construction of the third and fourth blocs of the nuclear power plant Mochovce.

BUDGET DATA

The finance ministry will publish central state budget data for January-October.

FICO AND TOPOLANEK AT NUCLEAR FORUM

Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico and Czech Prime Minister Mirek Topolanek will attend a conference on nuclear energy.

BOND AUCTION

The finance ministry's Debt and Liquidity Management Agency to auction 10-year, floating-coupon state bonds.

SLOVAK C.BANK FOREX RESERVES FALL TO $16.6 BLN

The Slovak central bank's (NBS) foreign currency reserves fell to $16.622 billion as of Oct 29, from $17.242 billion on Oct 22, the bank saiD.

ATTACKS ON SLOVAK MINORITY

Prime Minister Robert Fico has called on Hungary to make sure representatives of Slovak minority there are not attacked. Fico wants to debate the issue with his Hungarian counterpart Ferenc Gyurcsany at the V4 meeting in Warsaw on Nov. 5.
