Italy Credem bank renews 7 bln euro EMTN programme

MILAN, Dec 23 (Reuters) - Italian bank Credito Emiliano (Credem) said on Tuesday it has renewed its up to 7 billion euro ($9.80 billion) Euro Medium Term Note programme.
The bank, which started the EMTN programme in 2004, said in a statement it would use the funds it can raise under the programme for its normal banking and lending activities.
Societe Generale Corporate & Investment banking has arranged the programme, Credem said.
