FCC's Cementos Portland raises Uniland stake

MADRID, Jan 13 (Reuters) - Spanish constructor Cementos Portland, a unit of builder FCC, said on Tuesday it had exercised a 5 percent buy option in Uniland for 106 million euros ($142.1 million), raising its stake to 70.5 percent.
At 0858 GMT, FCC shares were down 3.0 percent at 21.74 euros, while Spain's Ibex-35 blue chip index lost 1.62 percent.
