MOSCOW, Jan 19 (Reuters) - Wimm-Bill-Dann, Russia's top dairy produce company, secured a one-year credit line for 3.2 billion roubles ($98.3 million) from state-controlled bank VTB.
Wimm-Bill-Dann said in disclosure documents on Monday it had also agreed on overdraft facilities in the amount of 500 million roubles for 180 days.
The company's board chairman David Yakobashvili said in December Wimm-Bill-Dann was seeking around 5 billion roubles from banks for at least 12 months.
Wimm-Bill-Dann, in which French food group Danone holds about 18 percent, also produces juice and baby food.
