DUSHANBE, Nov 3 (Reuters) - The Central Asian state of Tajikistan has cut its economic growth outlook for 2010 to 5 percent from previously expected increase of 14 percent, the presidential administration said on Tuesday.
Growth would then accelerate to 6.5 percent in 2011 and 7.0 percent in 2012, it said in a statement, adding that this year the economy would grow by 3 percent, down from 7.9 percent in 2008.
Ex-Soviet Tajikistan relies mostly on migrant workers' remittances and aluminium exports for its foreign currency revenues.
Gross domestic product (GDP) growth slowed down to 2.7 percent year-on-year in January-September from 7.2 percent in the same period of 2008.
