TERRA CATALYST FUND Investment Update Terra Catalyst Fund ("TCF") (AIM: TCF) today reports that, further to the announcement by Laxey Partners Ltd ("LPL") on 13 October 2009, Terra Investments Limited has made a mandatory cash offer for the share capital of Rugby Estates Investment Trust PLC ("Rugby"), the terms and conditions of which are contained in the offer document (the "Offer Document") posted to Rugby Shareholders today.
