Clarification re Subdivision of Share Capital

Further to the announcements made by the Company on 9 October 2009 and 2 November 2009, Asian Citrus would like to clarify to the market that the proposed subdivision of each existing ordinary share of HK$0.10 into 10 new ordinary shares of HK$0.01 (which was approved by shareholders at the Special General Meeting on 2 November 2009) will be effective from 08h00, UK time, on 4 November 2009.

At that time, the Company's existing share capital of 77,055,980 ordinary shares of HK$0.10 each will be replaced with 770,559,800 ordinary shares of HK$0.01 each.
