RNS Number : 8961B Epicure Qatar Equity Opportunities 03 November 2009 03 November 2009 Epicure Qatar Equity Opportunities plc Share buy back Epicure Qatar Equity Opportunities plc (the "Company") announces that on 2 November 2009 it purchased 20,000 of its ordinary shares at a price per share of $US0.67. Following the above purchase, the purchased shares will be cancelled upon acquisition. Following such cancellation, the Company will have 234,637,952 ordinary shares in issue. The above figure of 234,637,952 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
