Change of Name to Tricor Plc
Website under AIM Rule 26

At the Company's Annual General Meeting held today, all resolutions were passed. Accordingly the Company has been authorised to change its name to Tricor Plc.

Trading in the Company's ordinary shares under the name of Tricor Plc (AIM: TRIC) will commence on 5 November 2009. The new website which contains the information under AIM Rule 26 will also be available on that date at www.tricorplc.co.uk.
