TOKYO, Nov 4 (Reuters) - Bank of Japan Governor Masaaki Shirakawa will appear before a parliamentary committee on Wednesday from 4:40-5:30 p.m. (0740-0830 GMT), a parliamentary official said.
Shirakawa will answer questions from an opposition lawmaker at the lower house budget committee, the official added.
