NEW YORK, Nov 9 (Reuters) - Pipeline operator Williams said it was experiencing a loss of 250 million cubic feet per day of Gulf of Mexico natural gas supply on its 8.4 billion cubic-feet-per-day Transco pipeline on Monday due to Tropical Storm Ida.
