CITIGROUP


Citigroup has appointed six regional heads to assist Wilhelm Schulz in growing its mergers and acquisitions business in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, according to an internal memo seen by Reuters. For more details
JPMORGAN CHASE & CO
JPMorgan appointed Jesper Koll, a former Merrill Lynch economist, to head its Japanese equity research division. Koll will take up the post at JPMorgan Securities Japan Co with effect from Dec. 1.

ALLIED IRISH BANKS


Allied Irish Banks board member Colm Doherty is to take over as group managing director with immediate effect, Prime Minister Brian Cowen said, confirming earlier reports.

THE PEARL GROUP


Closed fund operator The Pearl Group appointed Daniel Godfrey to the new position of head of corporate communications.

LASALLE INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT


LaSalle Investment Management appointed Uwe Rempis as head of asset management northern Europe.

THE INTERNATIONAL CAPITAL MARKET ASSOCIATION


The International Capital Market Association (ICMA) appointed John Eldredge, Massimo Mocio and Tim Skeet to the board of the Association with immediate effect.
