International multi-currency payment and data processor Planet Payment Inc appointed Robert Cox as chief financial officer and treasurer, effective year-end. Current CFO Seth Asofsky, will assume the role of senior vice president, U.S. Region.

Financial services provider HDFC Securities, a subsidiary of private sector lender HDFC Bank, appointed Vinod Sharma as head of private broking and wealth management.

Marsh, a unit of insurance broker Marsh & McLennan Cos Inc , appointed Amy Barnes as development executive in its Aberdeen office.

Armajaro Asset Management appointed Roxanne Sargent as co-head of sales and marketing.
