GREECE'S NBG 9M NET SEEN DOWN 15 PCT Y/Y
National Bank, Greece's largest lender, is seen reporting a 15-percent drop in nine-month net profit due to higher loan-loss provisions and slower volumes at home and southeast Europe.

GREECE'S OPAP Q3 NET SEEN DOWN 13.4 PERCENT
Europe's biggest betting firm, OPAP, is seen posting a double-digit fall in third-quarter profit as a key lottery game lost its novelty and the downturn hit Greece. OPAP will report results after 1520 GMT.

GREECE AIMS FOR 9.1 PCT DEFICIT IN 2010 BUDGET
Greece will aim to cut its budget deficit to 9.1 percent of gross domestic product (GDP) next year to assure EU partners and markets it is serious about restoring fiscal health, its final 2010 budget draft showed on Friday.

Bank of Cyprus shares trade ex- a 2009 interim dividend of 0.08 euros per share, the Athens bourse said.

Hellenic Petroleum's board of directors is expected to be reshuffled by Dec 20, financial daily Imerisia reported, citing unnamed sources. The paper said six out of the seven members that are appointed by the state will be replaced.

European stock index futures pointed to a higher open on Monday, as equities were poised to bounce back from a two-week closing low hit in the previous session, supported by buoyant oil and metal prices.
