EURO BONDS-HSBC launches 7-year euro, UBS

LONDON, Nov 23 (Reuters) - News, details on corporate bond issues in the European markets on Monday:

HSBC


Issue: plans benchmark euro denominated senior unsecured fixed-rate 7-year bond. The transaction is expected to price later today, according to a HSBC banker.
Managing banks: HSBC
Ratings: Moody's Aa2, S&P AA , Fitch AA

UBS


Issue: opens books for euro-denominated 10-year benchmark Swiss covered bond, as reported by IFR Markets, a Thomson Reuters online news and market analysis service.
Managing banks: ING, LBBW, Royal Bank of Scotland, SG CIB and UBS itself.
Spread guidance: mid-swaps plus 50-52 basis points.
Ratings: Moody's Aaa, Fitch AAA
