TAIPEI, Nov 24 (Reuters) - Here are news stories and press reports that may affect the Taiwan stock market on Tuesday. Taiwan stocks could open higher after the island's export orders in October rose from a year earlier for the first time in 13 months, boding well for export-reliant firms such as TSMC and Hon Hai.

LOCAL PRESS REPORTS -- China Mobile will work with Taiwan's unlisted Vibo Telecom to set up a 3G cellular network that works on both the international WCDMA standard and China's homegrown TD-SCDMA standard, the Commercial Times reported. -- Quanta won 10 to 12 new orders from Hewlett-Packard, and could ship more than 50 million PC units in 2010, the Economic Daily reported, without citing sources. -- Cheng Shin Rubber will spend T$12 billion ($372 million) to build a new tyre maunfacturing facility in Taiwan, with production likely to begin in June 2011, the Economic Daily reported. ----------------------MARKET SNAPSHOT @ 0000 GMT ------------ INSTRUMENT LAST PCT CHG NET CHG
