AFTER THE BELL-EMC shares slip on reorganization, charge

NEW YORK, Nov 24 (Reuters) - EMC Corp shares fell more than 1 percent in extended trading on Tuesday after the company said its board approved a plan to reorganize its international operations.
The information technology company said it will take a charge of about $100 million, which was not included in its previous business outlook.
