PARIS, Nov 27 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and leading stories from French and Benelux newspapers which could have an impact on the region's markets or individual stocks.

FRANCE TELECOM

Europe's third-biggest telecom operator signed an accord with its labour unions on Thursday to set up a part-time work plan for older staff, which could cost the firm up to 1 billion euros. The plan is part of France Telecom's attempt to cope with a series of suicides among its workers, which unions blame on the stress caused by ongoing cost-cutting at the firm.

EDF

The CEO of Italian oil and gas group Eni said on Thursday that Russia and France would sign a memorandum of understanding, which would bring EDF into the South Stream gas project. Eni and Russian gas giant Gazprom are already joint partners on the project.

RENAULT

The French autobile maker is expected to announce its plan on Friday to help its near-bankrupt Russian partner AvtoVAZ . The accord on AvtoVAZ, which is 25 percent owned by Renault, is expected to be signed at the Franco-Russian government seminar to take place in Rambouillet, just outside the French capital.

ING

Dutch financial group ING is to price 7.5 billion euro rights issue.
