TAIPEI, Nov 30 (Reuters) - Here are news stories and press reports that may affect the Taiwan stock market on Monday. Taiwan stocks may rebound on Monday as Dubai loan worries eased, with Cathay Financial and other banking stocks in focus after Taiwan regulators said late on Friday their combined exposure to Dubai World debts were T$6.4 billion ($197 million).

LOCAL PRESS REPORTS -- Taiwan government aimed to support the broader market to trade above 7,500 points before a major election slated on Saturday, the Commercial Times reported, citing managers who manage money for government funds. -- Hon Hai Precision, Taiwan's biggest electronics part maker, is the most promising candidate to buy Nokia's handset plants, the Economic Daily reported, citing unidentified institutional investors.
