• Depending on your situation your adviser may suggest a face to face meeting to discuss your needs in more detail but this isn`t always necessary. We are able to assist most clients using post, email, telephone and webcam.
• Once your adviser has completed the necessary research you will receive a financial report, written in plain English, explaining your current position and making recommendations based on your objectives. Your adviser will arrange a suitable time to call you to take you through this report.
• If you decide to take up any of your adviser’s recommendations you will be guided through the application process every step of the way.
