Re: What chance a takeover here? With

Reading some of these notes here is like taking a quick trip to the Land of Sugar Plums. "Some Oil &Gas major"???? The fact that there is a large quantity of gas there has never been the issue. It has been common knowledge for many years. If it was considered a viable asset (product easily extracted) a major would own it now and a mini wouldn't be in this project. And, at the very least, we would see an established entity ..... With plenty of funds.... Banging down the door to get a piece of this play. Shareholders with a cost-basis in excess of 5p do not want to see a sale of the Company right now. A decent production number and one or two more pg-10 type wells and we will have a property and a SP to talk about.

Emerald can you cut and paste your calculations of where you have plucked 8p out of thin air? Why would anybody pay well over twice what the company is worth when Henderson have shown you can pretty much sweep up as much of the company you want for 3p.
Not a cat in hells chance a takeover would be anywhere NEAR 8p. Wake up. By Sugarcane1

What chance a takeover here? With

a competent persons report indicating over 500 BILLION cubic feet of gas in the ground. With two wells drilled which can produce more than 10 million cubic feet of gas per day. A Company that has a 75% share of this field. All this and the market cap is 30 million £. No wonder Henderson have been buying tens of millions of these shares. Some oil/gas major is likely to buy the lot for peanuts with the current market cap. It's beyond ridiculous.
A bid of 8p a share would probably seal the deal unfortunately.

and the bid price is less than 3p! Totally amazing. It is of course good news. If not for Hensersons buying I presume the sp would be less than 2.5p.
BOD OUT !!

six months now since the result that should have been the catalyst for starting to turn us into a decent company. Even an average CEO could have done wonders for the company with that result, which really shows just how much of a plank dirty Jenga really is.

The leech has made over 3,000,000 quid in salary, and not managed to move us forward one step. Why is there not more clamour to get him out ?

they said they would re-complete during January and febuary in bleedin december, that they were looking into how to have us producing by mid year... Well its mid year now.

All these things slip as they have always done, yet they never give a reason.

A more capable set of hands would have done a placing of a few hundred millions shares on the back of those results, recompleted the well and have it producing now.

then there is an ace up the sleeve in any negotiations, not now. Now we,ll take anything we can get.

placing at 2p ? I would bet my bottom dollar on it or there abouts.

Re: HUGE TRADE 13m

Strange trading, in a normal world a trade of that size which is is over 1% of the company would trigger a nice rise in the price.
Its not a sell as L2 was showing a buy price at this level and its not a delayed trade.
I think Henderosn were surprised the price had not risen when they first declared and have then just kept buying. Wouldnt you !
