This share is being hampered by lack of interest, the company have done nothing wrong and its all working fine and they are building the business up, they look like they have connected the pipes, so hopefully half yearly finances should be acceptable in my view, this is the year of growth for this little refinery imho....well i hope.

Its just market malaise and fear over the euro, plus lack of PR that's holding this as well as many other AIM stocks at present.
