Waiting on BNL..............

The Banca Nazionale del Lavoro, founded in 1913 as Istituto di Credito per la Cooperazione, was nationalized in 1929, re-privatized and listed on the Milan Stock Exchange in 1998, before being acquired by French banking group BNP Paribas in 2006. It is Italy's sixth largest bank.

The bank was involved in a major political scandal (dubbed Iraqgate by the media) when it was revealed in 1989 that the Atlanta, Georgia branch of the bank was making unauthorized loans of more than US$4.5 billion to Iraq, originally intended to finance agricultural exports to Iraq but were diverted by Iraq to buy weapons.

Henry Kissinger was a paid member of the Banca Nazionale del Lavoro Consulting Board for International Policy. Mr. Kissinger held this position during the height of the biggest banking scandal in United States history, circa $4 billion in unreported loans to Iraq by the Atlanta branch of BNL.

The branch manager, Christopher Drogoul, indicated that the bank's headquarters office was aware of these loans, but senior bank official denied this.

Drogoul (the fall guy) pleaded guilty to three felony charges and served 33 months in federal prison.
("Branspurt" or "the Company")

COMMENT ON INVESTMENT POLICY

Branspurt, an AIM listed, international, fast-growing, investment company has taken note of the recent movement in the share price of the company and states that it knows no reason for this other than the numerous comments posted on bulletin boards and social media sites by a WVM.

The Company would like to correct a statement of the 27 April 2012, erroneously re-issued again on the11 May 2012 in respect of a purchase inducement or “pilin” with regard to shares of the Company

Alonso Fella, Executive Chairman, commented, "This inducement or “pilin” is totally unrepresentative of our company’s investment strategy which seeks to restore value to shareholders by the medium of value asset purchases through the issuance of shares in the Company and the subsequent utilisation or sale of those value assets.

Repeated exhortations by the WVM may create an adverse impression as to the perceived value of the Company’s shares thus limiting the Company’s ability to make strategic purchases through the use of newly issued shares at a price affording value to our shareholders.”

The Company is seeking legal advice and will not hesitate use whatever means are at our disposal to ensure that appropriate steps are taken to curb WVM excesses in the interests of our shareholders

Re: Ponzi Scheme

Very possibly, if the Sixlove Group needs the cash but if the sale of Mediapolis is a done deal before the Sixlove Group share issue date of the15 June 2012; that will pop the sp in favour of the Sixlove Group holding for a 50% recovery.

Then they'll get their 15p and better - assuming the Damaclesian mortgage is resolved and that requires an individual viewpoint - either an optimistic hold or a sell now.

Then we have to consider:-

"The Company is currently negotiating with a number of new companies in the real estate and leisure sectors and hopes to announce the investment in one or more of these in due course. The new investments will be paid for using Brainspark ordinary shares at a price not less than 15 pence."

We have had the one investment - are there more imminent investments to follow, I wonder?

Considering how little impact the news of the Sixlove Group purchase had on the sp, if there is another purchase to come before the sale of Mediapolis is completed, maybe this too will still be insufficient to elevate the sp.

Maybe the15 June 2012 share issue date and payment of the cash consideration is a reflection of the time scale by when it could be reasonably expected that mortgage approval/sale completion of Mediapolis could be surely realised, thus raising the cash for the Sixlove Group (and other) purchase(s)

I have no idea of the value of the Sixlove Group holding to Brainspark but I like the way it's been acquired. Neither do I know if Brainspark has the funding to come up with the anti without the sale of Mediapolis going through. One sincerely hopes so.

My previous opinions re sp s/r levels still hold.

There appears to be 26% downside risk against 100% upside gain.

I can live with those odds.

Forkandles and BSP

Thanks Nugacity. What a treat, appreciated.

Found by BLYNX - check them out.

Blinkx has retraced nicely post results. (see graph)
Bit of consolidation going on around 50p at the moment with an easy target of 73 with more to follow but read the RNS detail and associated info - DYOR.

Ramp? Very likely.

BSP

We had the predicted retrace to 7.65, the .382 dead cat bounce to 10.67 and the retest of 7.65. Now its trading indecisively around 7.50 - perhaps the consolidation period before the next rise? - (or fall)

Maybe not a bad place to buy if you're bullish and believe the story.

Taking the 29p hi and the 7.38 low offers a modest target of around 18-20p
if the former scerario is in place.
