Carlton is still an unlisted shell. It approximately 10% of Luiri Gold Mines Limited which is not enough for the AIM authorities to allow a relisting. It is looking for an investment to relist--valuation will be a key as the company has many shareholders but low levels of cash.

I have just phoned the enquiry number on the last RNS to be told that the Company was not his client and he could not give me any information that was not in the marketplace. I asked if the company was dead or still looking for projects and he gave me the same stock answer. I then asked him if Nyota could tell me anything and I was once more fobbed off by miding behind the rules and regs.
