This started with the end of the PR dept and KD changing his email address and not communicating with share holders. This addition to the rules is just another brick in the wall he has built round himself to deflect criticism and honest demands for answers !

Of course I have! The December quotation of mine that you highlighted was written -
- BEFORE the 2nd EKT profits warning in 2 months;
- BEFORE the announcement of the JSOP shares land grab by the executive directors;
- BEFORE the really lousy FY2012 figures;
- BEFORE it became apparent that the company saving new products (due in Q4) were running very late, and may have completey vanished;
- BEFORE the patronising attempts by Simon Acland to defend the indefensible.

The big investors/ Barry/Nick etc have been badly let down.

Nick was asked an opinion about JSOP and gave it. It was ignored.
I was given the infomation from KD and my comments were ignored.

Via a NED i tried to express to the BOD that i thought this scheme was TOO generous. I was ignored.

Several e mails later with various members ( and no real falling out) i decided to sell the majority of my shares.

This i did (which upset) some of the group. However i lost faith in the BOD.
I agree the shares are toxic now...............however i also think the warnings and slow down are all " stage managed" and even if there is no recovery in the world you will get the BOD talking these up come the right time.

I for one will vote against the NED`s both have failed us ( not sure who is due up yet) and KD.

I am also not sure if the pop about holding was also aimed at me? If so please feel free i am a big boy.
